First of all, let me start by saying...isn't this the most beautiful coffee you have ever seen? Ok, maybe that's pushing it....but let me tell ya, it tasted as good as it looks!

Tonight we had dinner with my most precious friend Sally before she heads home this weekend for the winter holiday. We enjoyed pumpkin, fried corn, beef and tofu... yum!
